Hi~ I am a Product Designer specializing in AI and HCI. Creating interesting and meaningful experiences that are enjoyable for the user, taking into account the environment while bringing economic value has always been a goal of mine whenever I do design.
Design allows me to observe things from different perspectives and learn to do what I can with empathy for a better world.

Oslo Norway | Aschehoug is one of the largest independent publishing companies in Norway, serving as the leading Norwegian publishing house for textbooks, for every level of instruction
Developed an "AI-chatbot" learning component, which serves as an independent learning tool on the "Aschehoug univers" website, aiming to strengthen the understanding of textbook knowledge among elementary and middle school students. It also contributes to the establishment of a self-learning system based on cognitive learning theory.
Conducted semi-structured interviews with 5 actual users to explore pain points/highlights, optimizing the user experience of the web-based product.
Worked with PM and UX designer to conceptualize the product framework, user-flow and MVP. Collaborated with developer to conduct prototype usability testing for the "AI-chatbot" and ensured the smooth delivery of the design solution.

Designed a new Saas product "Tencent Welfare Goose" for the Tencent game player. Responsible for the framework structure and information layout of the "Rights and Welfare" component on the homepage. Created and optimized "user payment/gift receiving" navigation paths. Product has been launched.
Iterated on a B2B financial product, "Bao Cai International E-commerce/Data Processing Platform". Restructured existing content areas, differentiated page hierarchy, and visualized currency asset data.
Developed a consumer growth strategy for a listed company "MOBI GARDEN," outlining key online user touchpoints. Involved targeted interviews, qualitative and quantitative research, user persona creating, co-design workshops organizing.

Usage scenario researched on smart screens of children online course and family entertainment, finished competing products analysis, and explored the design opportunities of smart screen products. Responsible for the definition of product CMF and physical prototype production, the project has been successfully implemented.
In-depth analysis of the five-dimensional value system and related design trends for TCL Family TV series design. The series design has been successfully developed and won the 2022 Red Dot Design Award
Participated in X-Lab workshop and proposed innovative solutions for family smart screen interaction. Some of the proposals have been adopted
